Legal residents of 45140, 45249, and 45122 are eligible. Eligibility is determined using the 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines, based on household size.

Proof of residency is required (such as a lease agreement or utility bill).
For each child, documentation is required (birth certificate, school records, or other acceptable documentation)..
